【Glazed sesame chicken drumsticks】

Very yummy and easy to make dish, your guests and family will love them.
Prepare time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 60 minutes
Stand time: 20 minutes
Level: Low
Serves: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
1) 6-8 chicken drumsticks;
2) 2 tbsp light soy sauce , 1 tbsp primium soy sauce,;
3) 1 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 1 tsp sliced ginger, 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1 hot chilli, chopped;
4) 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp dark vinegar;
5) 3 tbsp honey;
6) 2 tbsp primum oyster sauce, 1 tbsp fish souce;
7) 2 tsp sesame oil;
8) 2 tbsp sesame seeds.
Directions:
1: Combine all ingredients of Ingredient 2)-7) in a measuring cup (Picture 1), mix well. In a small fry pan, roast sesame seeds (Picture 2) at low heat until color slightly yellow, set aside.
2: Rinse chicken drumsticks well and pat dry with paper towel, arrange them in a 9 inch deep baking dish (Picture 3). Pour sauce over them and let stand for 20 minutes.
3: Turn over chicken drumsticks to the other side (Picture 4). Place the baking dish in already pre-heated oven at 400F/205C for 50 minutes.
4: Take out the baking dish, turn over chicken drumsticks, and then continue baking for 5-10 minutes until caramelised and sticky.
5: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice and vegetables of your choice.
