【Potato in Hot Garlic Sauce – Yu Xiang Potato 】
by MaomaoMom
Yu Xiang is one of most well-known sauces used in Sichuan cuisine. Yu Xiang, literally “fish fragrance”, refers to the sweet, sour and spicy sauce in which meat or vegetables are cooked. This Sichuan classic doesn’t actually contain fish. Instead, its seasoning mixture replicates the traditional flavouring for Sichuan fish dishes, and is prepared using ginger and garlic with sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili peppers. I made this dish for dinner, it disappeared fast.

My programmer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on several websites for about a year and am anxious about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it? Any kind of help would be really appreciated!
Your house is valueble for me. Thanks!…
