Roasted Baby Ribs

This is a delicious dish and is well loved by my family and friends.
Prepare Time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 90 minutes
Level: Easy
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients
1. Baby rib 1 big piece 900g, cut into two pieces and rinse well;
2. Marinate ingredient: 3.5T brown sugar, 1T Paprika (McCormick) and 1/2T salt, mix well;
3. Liquid sauce: 1T Chinese cooking wine, 3 tablespoon Kikkoman light soy sauce, 2t Chinese vinegar, 1.5T fresh minced garlic and 3/4C water;
Cooking directions
1: One or two days ahead: Put two pieces cleaned baby ribs in a 8″x12″ glass baking dish, coat both sides evenly with marinate ingredients listed in ingredient 2, cover the baking dish with food wrap and store in a fridge for 24-48 hours.
2. Preheated oven to 375F. Remove food wrap and add in all liquid ingredients and cover the dish with aluminium foil firmly.
3: In a preheated oven bake at 375F for 1hour and 30 minutes.
4: Remove foil and cut between bones into individual pieces before serving.
Maomaomom’s Note: 1C=240ml, 1t=5ml and 1T=15 ml.
毛毛妈,如果排骨有肉的一面在玻璃盘上,玻璃盘底的汁的味道会到肉上吗?
我一般烤1小时15分钟后翻一面再烤,这样比较均匀。
I made the roasted baby ribs last week. My husband, who’s not a big fan of roasted ribs, couldn’t stop eating them. Five stars!

毛毛媽:試過許多您的食譜,非常喜歡,感謝。今天做了這個烤豬排。在375F 的烤箱中烤了一個半小時後,原本加入的 3/4C 醬汁(liquid sauce)一點也沒有減少,可能還多了一些肉汁和油。請問這是正確的結果嗎?
可以打开锡纸,再烤10分钟。
Maomaomom, I made this dish but it turned into ham for some reason… I marinated for 48 hours.. Is it suppose to come out like ham?
It should be tender ribs, not ham.
