山药枸杞蒸糕
山药枸杞蒸糕 by 毛毛妈 每次跟老妈讲电话,她都要提醒我,每天要坚持适当锻炼(哎,不知忙啥,还是做不到),往往还来一句,你也是四十多岁的人了,经常弄点枸杞,西洋参之类的小补补。好吧,今天就小补补。 用料: 1:山药250克,去皮洗净备用。 2:糯米粉1/3杯,麦澄粉1/3杯,糖3大匙,拌匀备用。 3:牛奶1/2杯。 4:枸杞1.5大匙,冲洗沥水备用。炒熟黑芝麻1茶匙。 5:糖粉(Icing Sugar)3大匙加冷开水1大匙拌匀。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 把去皮的山药用擦子擦成泥(图A),然后加入所有2料,加牛奶搅拌均匀。将面糊倒入涂了菜油的1.5升的方玻璃容器里(图B)。 蒸锅先烧热水,放入玻璃盘用大火蒸10分钟,撒上枸杞(图C),盖上锅盖大火再蒸8分钟。冷凉切块,撒上黑芝麻,淋上5料糖水即可。 You might also like:【Honeycomb Bread】【蜂蜜小面包】【Dim Sum & Desserts】Chinese version is released!【中式点心】电子书上架了!Steamed buns with mug bean filling 绿豆沙包绿豆沙包 Steamed buns with mug bean … Continue reading
