香酥猪肉卷
香酥猪肉卷 作者:毛毛妈 用料: 1:猪里脊肉(Pork chop),300克。洗净备用。 2:盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,水2大匙。 3:鸡蛋(打散)半只,加中筋面粉 (All purpose flour) 2大匙,玉米淀粉 (Corn Starch) 2大匙,盐1/4茶匙,水2大匙拌匀成糊。 4:小胡萝卜6个30克,洗净切丝备用。 5:香菇4朵,用水泡软,洗净切片。 6:葫芦瓜30g(Zucchini),去皮洗净切丝备用。 7:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1茶匙,盐1/8茶匙,金兰酱油膏1大匙。 8:菜籽油2杯。 9:面包糠(Bread crumbs)适量。 做法: 里脊肉切去有筋的边,用刀从中间片成两片,盖上保鲜纸,用木锤或刀背将肉片锤松(图A),然后加上2料拌匀腌30分钟。炒锅放橄榄油1大匙置炉上开大中火,放入葱花炒香,放入4和5料炒半分钟,然后加入剩余的7料兜匀,放下葫芦瓜丝翻炒几下出锅,冷凉做馅(图B)。每片肉包上1/6的馅料,卷成卷(图C)。小炒锅内放菜籽油2杯置炉上,开大中火,油热后,将肉卷放入3料拌成的蛋糊中裹匀,再沾上一层面包糠。放入热油里炸成金黄色捞出沥油(图D)。 一切两段上碟供食。外香酥里嫩,非常棒。 You might also like:不去昆明在家吃【破酥包子】【绿豆椪】Begonia Blossom Shaped Shrimp Puff Pastry 鲜香海棠酥鲜香海棠酥 Begonia Blossom … Continue reading
