五香牛肉干
五香牛肉干 作者:毛毛妈 用料 1:牛里脊肉(Eye round),1200克,洗净。 2:葱1条洗净切段,姜10克切片。 3:万字牌生抽酱油6大匙,糖3大匙,鱼露2大匙,五香粉2茶匙,辣椒粉1大匙(McCormick Paprika,COSTCO可买),花椒粉1/2茶匙,葱1条洗净切段,姜片3片,水3大匙。 做法: 将牛肉外的筋膜切掉不要,然后切2厘米宽大段,再沿纹路切2厘米宽4厘米长的片(图A)。大炒锅放2料和大半锅水置炉上开大火煮滚,下切好的牛肉片划散,水微滚后调小火煮2分钟,捞起肉片冷水冲洗干净,沥水(图B)。原锅洗净置炉上开大中火,放入所有3料煮滚,放入煮过的牛肉片,翻炒均匀,收干汁(图C)。 将牛肉片放入铺了锡箔纸的烤盘上(图D)入预热至350F/175摄氏的烤箱内,烤10分钟,翻一面再烤8分钟即可,稍冷后装入瓶中,等完全冷后,即可食用。一次吃不完放冰箱保存。 You might also like:媲美饭店里的-【奶黄包】【Dim Sum & Desserts】Chinese version is released!【中式点心】电子书上架了!松茸炒三文鱼Matsutake mushroom and salmon fish stir fry松茸炒三文鱼Matsutake mushroom a…绿茶蛋卷Matcha biscuit roll绿茶蛋卷Matcha biscuit roll
