柠檬布丁
柠檬布丁 by 毛毛妈 看到这个柠檬布丁,被它的名字吸引了(Lemon Pudding Paradise),就做了,没有想象中的好。喜欢柠檬的朋友们,可以试试这个柠檬布丁,挺好吃的。 用料: 1:低筋面粉(Cake flour)1/3杯(56克)。 2:蛋白3个,白醋1/3茶匙,糖1/4杯。 3:蛋黄3个,糖1/4杯,玉米油2大匙,柠檬皮末2茶匙。 4:新鲜柠檬汁4大匙(60毫升),牛奶90毫升。 5:打发鲜奶油或冰激凌适量。 1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 用两个干净无水的盆分别盛蛋白和蛋黄。蛋白加白醋用搅拌器高速打发几分钟,接着加入糖1/4杯再打2分钟(图A)。接着用搅拌器高速打蛋黄1分钟,加糖打到糖溶解。加入所有剩下的3料打匀,然后加入4和1料(图B),中速打1-2分钟均匀即可(图C)。先将1/3的蛋白拌入蛋黄糊里,然后将蛋黄糊到入打发的蛋白里(图D)用橡皮刀从上往下轻轻拌匀(图E)。 然后将面糊倒入22×22厘米的玻璃烤盘里(图F)。将烤盘放入预热至340F/170oC的烤箱内的盛了水(水约1.5厘米深)的大烤盘里。烤40分钟至便面金黄即可。柠檬布丁可以冷或热食,吃的时候舀些柠檬布丁再放上些打发鲜奶油或冰激凌,就可以开动了。 You might also like:Braised chicken and Chinese yam in soy sauce 山药鸡块山药鸡块 Braised chicken and … Continue reading
