雨花石桂花酒酿汤圆
雨花石桂花酒酿汤圆 by 毛毛妈 要过年了,这汤圆总是要吃的。上次回南京时,不仅看到漂亮的雨花石,还回母校特地看了看桂花树,可惜不是秋天,没闻到那优雅的桂花香。好在有朋友送的干桂花,可以做汤圆解馋。儿子居然吃了4个大汤圆,还意犹未尽的。 用料: 1:酒酿1.5杯,酒酿的做法见甜酒酿,干桂花1大匙。 2:糯米粉3×0.5杯,温水3×4-5大匙。 3:可可粉1大匙,食用绿色素5-6滴 4:水5杯,糖1/3杯。 5:糯米粉3大匙,水3大匙拌匀。 6:黑芝麻粉6大匙,糖3大匙,玉米油2大匙。 做法: 分别将半杯糯米粉放入盆中,其中一盆放入可可粉1大匙拌匀(图A),然后分别用4-5大匙温水,其中一份加上5-6滴绿色素,分别和成软硬适中的面团(图B),分别揉成长条3条不同面团并拢(图C),然后揉成2.5厘米直径长条后切成14份(图D)。 将6料黑芝麻粉(图E,买的是台湾乡味牌的黑芝麻粉,非常好)糖和油拌匀成黑芝麻馅(图F)。取一份面团用手稍揉几下(图G),用手捏出凹槽,加1.5茶匙馅(图H),封口包成球状,两手揉成光滑的汤圆(图I)。锅内放入大半锅水置炉上,开大火煮至滚。将包好的汤圆入锅内(图J),待滚后,小火煮20分钟。另起锅放入1和4料置炉上,开大火煮至滚(图K),小火煮5分钟后,调中火放入煮好的汤圆(图L),待滚后,淋下5料勾薄芡煮滚即成。 咬上一口,喔,满口生香,回味无穷。 You might also like:【紫薯广式月饼】蜜汁烤鸡Sticky chicken wings蜜汁烤鸡Sticky chicken wings糖醋肉丁Sweet and sour pork stir fry糖醋肉丁Sweet and sour pork stir fryAirGo之香烤山核桃仁Roasted PecanAirGo之香烤山核桃仁Roasted Pecan
