酸辣卤肉面
酸辣卤肉面 by 毛毛妈 用料: 1:卤肉糜4大匙,做法见卤肉饭。 2:干面条100克。 3:橄榄油2茶匙,蒜末1大匙,姜末1/2茶匙。 4:辣豆瓣酱1.5茶匙,绍酒2茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,水1/2杯。 5:香油1茶匙,辣椒油2茶匙,镇江香醋1大匙,素易鲜(或鸡粉)1/4茶匙,葱花1大匙,榨菜碎1大匙,老干妈香辣脆油辣椒2茶匙(能吃辣的可以放1.5大匙)。 做法: 中号锅放5杯水置上开大火煮滚,放入干面条搅散,调中火煮5-8分钟至面条断生,捞出备用。 小号不沾锅放橄榄油2茶匙,置上开大中火。炒香蒜末,姜末和辣豆瓣酱,接着依次加入1料和剩余4料煮滚离火,然后加入所有5料拌匀成汁。将煮好的面放入酸辣汁里即成。 卤肉糜做法: 用料: 1:猪肉馅600克。 2:干香菇12朵,水中泡软,洗净切小粒。 3:冰冻毛豆1杯,冲洗沥水备用。 4:五香粉1/2茶匙,绍酒1大匙,金兰老抽酱油4大匙,糖1大匙,盐1/2茶匙,水2.5杯。 5:橄榄油2大匙,蒜末2.5大匙,葱花1大匙。 做法: 不沾锅放橄榄油2大匙,置炉上开大中火。炒香蒜末,放下猪肉馅翻炒至变色,接着依次加入4料煮滚,调调小火焖烧1个钟头。然后加入香菇粒,继续焖煮30分钟,加毛豆再焖煮30分钟。调中火收收汁,撒上葱花拌匀即可。盛上一碗大米饭,加上几勺的卤肉,好吃的很。 You might also like:【酥皮鲜肉月饼】Chili Garlic Tofu 蒜蓉辣椒豆腐蒜蓉辣椒豆腐Braised daikon and dried shrimps 虾干烧萝卜虾干烧萝卜 Braised daikon and dried shrimp…松茸炒三文鱼Matsutake mushroom … Continue reading
