儿子的故事之三营养篇 作者:毛毛妈/爸,2006 前一篇儿子的故事之二吃饭篇里,跟大家分享了,怎样不再强制毛毛吃饭的。下面讲一下如何让孩子吃得营养又健康。 大的方面,人的身体需要全面的营养补充,我们都知道水果蔬菜、全麦、杂粮的好处,不再多叙。反过来,多盐多糖、高油高脂的东西尽量少吃。 父母自身要有好的饮食习惯:我们家面包、bagel 基本上是买全麦的;从来不碰 soft drink 和donuts;牛奶买脱脂的 (毛毛喝1%);烧菜用橄榄油。 买成品 (processed) 食物时,注意看营养说明。每次买盒装食品时,与旁边相同的比较一下,然后选择低盐低糖、低卡路里、no transfat 的。毛毛长大了,开始教育他 看食品的营养一览表,这些知识存在他的脑海里,对他一生有益。 毛毛小的时候不喜欢吃东西,怎样让幼时不太爱吃饭的他健康长大呢? 具体来说: 一:不吃甜食 糖、巧克力、甜饮料等,这些都败胃口,对小孩的牙齿也不好。在儿子小时候 (大概三四岁以前吧) 家里没买过甜食,别人送的一律再送出去。后来慢慢有一点糖和巧克力,但是加糖的甜果汁、软饮料还是不买。毛毛从小养成了习惯,也不会要喝。他早晚两餐喝牛奶,平时喝水,空下肚子来吃有营养的饭菜。 二:定时三餐 毛毛从六个月时,开始给他加固体食物,六个月到一岁,他一天吃五顿,两次固体食物,三次奶。一岁到两三岁时,开始给他吃自己家做的饭菜,把饭菜剪小粒。有肉蛋有蔬菜类,饭菜已是一天三次,中间加点水果,临睡前吃些水果。他一岁到两三岁时经常吃的食物有,蒸蛋,碎粒青菜稀饭拌肉松,生瓜 (zucchini) 鸡蛋面糊饼,菜肉馄饨,菜肉包子。再大些就定时三餐,晚上六点到六点半吃过以后就不再吃任何东西 (我们家大人小孩都是),这样早上一起床就有胃口吃早餐。两餐中间的点心 (snack) 他上小学后开始给他带 ,小时候很少只给他吃饼干、糕点当点心。 三:鼓励尝试多种水果蔬菜 毛毛特别喜欢学科学。我们鼓励他了解水果蔬菜对人体的好处,让他知道喝果汁不如直接吃水果;软饮料除了糖还有咖啡因;吃精白面包就跟吃糖一样无益。妈妈做的菜无论对不对口味,都要求他尝一口。 四:作出花样毛毛不是太喜欢蔬菜,更不爱米饭,爱吃面食。妈妈除了经常做他喜欢吃的几样蔬菜 (上海小青菜,绿花菜,四季豆,雪豆,豇豆) 以外,还换着花样将其它的蔬菜加入他的食单。比如萝卜丝饼,菠菜盒子,生瓜 (zucchini) 鸡蛋面糊饼,单饼卷菜,荷叶饼卷菜,菜肉煎饺,菜肉馄饨,菜肉包等等,每次他都吃个肚儿圆。 毛毛现在的食谱(十岁) 早餐:一份全麦 … Continue reading
