【雪菜炒虾粒】
【雪菜炒虾粒】 by 毛毛妈 雪菜和虾搭配,菜很鲜美。 用料: 1:冰冻大虾一包454克,去皮肠洗净沥水。 2:盐1/3茶匙,生粉1.5茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,香油1茶匙。 3:红和黄柿子椒各1/4个,洗净切小块。 4:即食雪菜(用的是四川鱼泉牌的)1/2杯。 5:橄榄油2大匙,姜丝1茶匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,葱花2茶匙,绍酒2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1/2茶匙,水1大匙。 6:生粉1.5茶匙加水1大匙拌匀成生粉水,香油1茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙. 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 虾一切四粒,拌上2料的调味,抓捏均匀静置20分钟(图A)。 不粘锅,加橄榄油2大匙,置炉上开大火,放入姜丝,蒜蓉及葱花炒香(图B),放入虾粒翻炒几下(图C),接着下红和黄柿子椒块同炒(图D)片刻,依次下剩余5料,然后放入雪菜(图E),翻炒几下至虾断生。最后放入6料的生粉水及香油和鸡粉兜匀即可。 You might also like:肉松蛋糕卷枫糖浆鸡翼Braised chicken wings in maple syrup sauce枫糖浆鸡翼Braised chicken wings i…桔子汤圆Glutinous Rice Ball with Tangerine桔子汤圆Glutinous Rice Ball with Tangerin…AirGo之香烤山核桃仁Roasted … Continue reading
