【南瓜炒虾仁】
【南瓜炒虾仁】 by 毛毛妈 用料: 1:冰冻白虾400克,去壳去肠洗净沥水。 2:盐1/3茶匙,生粉1大匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,香油1/2茶匙。 3:冰冻青豆50克,微波炉里加热1分钟备用。 4:绿皮小南瓜(Buttercup)1/6个220克,去籽去皮洗净沥水备用。 5:橄榄油或其他菜油2大匙,葱花1大匙,绍酒1茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,糖1/3茶匙。 6:生粉1茶匙加水1.5大匙拌匀,香油1茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 虾仁拌上2料拌匀(图A),密封冰箱过夜。小南瓜切小小块(图B),放入小锅开水里中小火煮3分钟沥水备用。 不粘锅,加油2大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入葱花炒香(图D),放入虾仁翻炒(图E)5成熟,然后放入青豆翻炒几下(图F)。接着喷入5料中的绍酒,及剩余5料炒匀。然后放入南瓜丁(图G)轻轻翻炒均匀。最后放入6料(图H)炒片刻至虾熟汁浓出锅。 You might also like:Banana Chiffon Cake【香蕉戚风蛋糕】【Dim Sum & Desserts】Chinese version is released!【中式点心】电子书上架了!Chenpi Chicken Wings 陈皮鸡翅 陈皮鸡翅 Chenpi Chicken Wings鸡肉生煎包Pan Fried Chicken Buns
