蒜茸蒸带子
蒜茸蒸带子by 毛毛妈 去超市看到有很大的新鲜带子卖,买了些,做了蒜茸蒸带子,非常嫩滑,很好吃。 用料: 1:新鲜大带子12个,洗净沥水擦干备用。 2:橄榄油或其他素油1大匙,蒜瓣8粒,去皮剁蓉。 3:水3大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,糖1/3茶匙,李锦记旧庄特级蚝油2茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙。 4:生粉1茶匙加水1.5大匙拌匀。 5:葱1条洗净切葱花。 做法: 带子一面切十字花后放一盘子里(图A),小号不粘锅置炉上开中火,放入2料里的橄榄油和蒜蓉(图B),炒至有香味微黄(图C)离火。将蒜蓉均匀放入带子上(图D)。 大蒸锅放小半锅水,置炉上开大火,水开后将带子入蒸笼大火蒸5分钟(图E),取出。必去多余的汁,请客时可以将蒸好的带子换到干净盘子里。蒸带子的时候做酱汁,原小号不粘锅,置炉上开大中火,放入所有3料煮滚,调小火,放入4料的生粉水,兜匀煮至汁滚离火(图F)。将葱花撒到蒸好的带子上,浇上酱汁即可上桌了。 You might also like:Green pepper and beancurd stir fry 青椒炒素鹅青椒炒素鹅 Green pepper and beancurd sti…酒酿芋头丸子Fermented sweet rice and taro balls酒酿芋头丸子Fermented sweet rice and tar…糖醋肉丁Sweet and sour pork … Continue reading
