家常下饭–海带烧排骨
家常下饭—海带烧排骨 by 毛毛妈 这次买到真空包装的海带结,质量非常好。海带是碱性食物,平时多吃点,有利健康。海带配上排骨红烧,可以多吃一碗饭啦。 用料: 1:猪肋排800克,温水洗净,沥水斩小块备用。 2:海带结200克,水泡洗干净备用。 3:玉米油或菜籽油2大匙,糖1.5大匙,葱2条洗净切段,姜片5片,丁香2粒,八角1粒,十三香粉1/4茶匙,绍酒1大匙,万字生抽酱油1.5大匙,金兰老抽1大匙,盐1/2茶匙,水2杯。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 不沾锅,置炉上开大火,加入玉米油2大匙,放入糖炒到糖熔化有些起泡,接着放入排骨翻炒(图A),炒至水汽蒸干,排骨焦香。 放入葱段,姜片,丁香,十三香粉和八角炒香,喷入绍酒及剩余3料(图B)煮滚,调中小火焖煮50分钟(图C)。接着放入海带结(图D),再焖煮30分钟,调大中火收汁即可出锅。 You might also like:【紫薯广式月饼】Dinner Rolls with scallion and pork floss filling 葱香肉松面包卷葱香肉松面包卷 Dinner Rol…Braised flat beans and minced pork … Continue reading
