雪菜蚕豆炒鸡柳
雪菜蚕豆炒鸡柳 by 毛毛妈 用料: 1:鸡胸肉200克切薄条加盐1/4茶匙,生粉2茶匙,水1.5大匙,拌匀腌20分钟。 2:雪菜罐头1盒200克,清水泡30分钟,洗净沥水切粒备用。 3:冰冻蚕豆1包500克,去皮冲洗沥水备用。 4:绍酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰酱油膏1大匙,盐1/3茶匙,糖1/2茶匙,白胡椒1/4茶匙。 5:橄榄油3大匙,蒜末1大匙,小辣椒1个洗净切段,素易鲜或鸡粉1/4茶匙,香油1茶匙。 做法: 不沾锅放油2大匙,置炉上开中火,冷油放入鸡胸肉炒至肉变白捞出(这样炒出的鸡肉超嫩滑)。原锅再加油1大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入蒜末炒香,放入蚕豆翻炒半分钟,接着放入4料中的绍酒,生抽酱油拌炒均匀炒20秒钟,接着倒入雪菜粒及剩余4料翻炒均匀,炒1分钟后再加入炒好的鸡柳,及5料中的辣椒,素易鲜,淋下香油兜匀即可。 You might also like:【酥皮蛋挞】【紫薯广式月饼】【Baked Spring Rolls with Pork and Shrimp】【虾肉春卷】菌菇粉丝馅酥饼Mushroom pockets菌菇粉丝馅酥饼Mushroom pockets
