三珍土豆饼
三珍土豆饼 by 毛毛妈 外酥里嫩,很香口。 用料: 1:土豆5个500克。 2:香菇5朵,水泡软,洗净切丁。 3:虾米3大匙,水泡软,洗净切小丁。 4:小干贝2大匙,水泡软,洗净揉成丝。 5:麦澄粉4大匙,盐3/4茶匙,绍酒1大匙,鸡粉1/3茶匙(可省),十三香粉1/3茶匙。 6:葱花3大匙,姜末2茶匙,香油2茶匙。 7:菜油或玉米油5大匙。 做法: 土豆去皮洗净切片(图A),放入小锅里加水1杯(图B),大火煮滚调中小火焖煮8分钟,泌去多余的水,用勺压成土豆泥(图C)。然后加入所有5料(图D)拌匀,然后放入香菇丁,虾米丁,干贝丝及6料(图E),用勺搅拌均匀成馅(图F)。 不沾锅,置炉上开中火,加2.5大匙油,用一汤勺沾下油取一份土豆馅,反复与左手掌和勺之间搓成丸子后压成3厘米直径0.6厘米厚的饼,放入油里(图G),煎子两面金黄色捞出(图H),即可趁热食用。 You might also like:【绿豆椪】Banana Chiffon Cake【香蕉戚风蛋糕】Braised chicken and Chinese yam in soy sauce 山药鸡块山药鸡块 Braised chicken and C…高升牛肉Braised beef in vinegar soy … Continue reading
