柠檬扇饼
柠檬扇饼 (LemonTuiles) by 毛毛妈 用料: 1:蛋白2个,糖1/2杯。 2:中筋面1/2杯 (All purpose flour)。 3:牛油(Butter)1/4杯,微波炉融化。 4:新鲜柠檬皮末2茶匙,柠檬香精(Lemon extract)1/4茶匙. 做法: 蛋白用电动搅拌器高速打2分钟,接着分两次加入白糖杯再打2分钟(图A)。然后加入一半的面粉,重上到下拌匀,接着到入融化的牛油及4料拌匀(图B),最后放入剩下的面粉拌匀。不粘烤盘表面稍涂点油,舀1大勺的面糊放入烤盘上,用勺底将面糊压成直径7厘米的圆饼(图C),一次做4个。 将烤盘放入预热至375F/190摄氏的烤箱内,烤6分钟左右至饼边金黄。乘热用薄铲铲起柠檬扇饼,放到中号的擀面杖上定型(图D),冷几分钟,轻轻取下扇饼冷凉即可。 You might also like:不去昆明在家吃【破酥包子】葱油金针菇Enoki and carrots salad葱油金针菇Enoki and carrots salad蜜汁烤鸡Sticky chicken wings蜜汁烤鸡Sticky chicken wings鸡肉生煎包Pan Fried Chicken Buns
