苹果面包
苹果面包 by 毛毛妈 同事的老妈特会做甜点,这个方子就是这样的来的。她的原方是手工制作,俺嫌费劲,改成面包机版本,面包非常香揉软拉丝,你会吃不停口。 用料: 1:蛋清1只,动物性鲜奶油(whipping cream)1/2杯,牛奶6大匙,牛油3大匙 2:中筋面粉3杯 (All purpose flour),盐1/3茶匙,肉桂粉1茶匙,快速发酵粉(Fast Rising Yeast)2茶匙。 3:核桃仁1/2杯,葡萄干1/4杯,苹果1个半去皮去核切小丁。 装饰: 4:苹果半去核切薄片,糖2大匙,水1/2杯。 5:糖粉(Icing Sugar)3/4杯,苹果汁2大匙,拌匀。 蛋液: 6:蛋黄1个,加牛奶1大匙,拌匀。 做法: 发面:先将所有1料放入面包机内(图A),然后依次放入2料(图B),面包机放至揉面档,开启。当揉成大块面团时,加入所有3料(图C)到面团里(图D),继续揉。由于量体积每个人看得可能有些不同,所以面包机开始后,要观察下看能不能和成大块面团,如是面团太希,可分次加点面粉到刚好和成面团。这是揉好的面团(图E)面包:两小时后面团发到2倍大(图F),案板上撒点干粉,将发好的面团稍揉下,排气后擀成长方形15×8英寸饼状(图G),从下端卷起(图H),两端捏到一起成椭圆状(图I)。 将做好面包坯放入铺了锡箔纸涂料少量牛油的烤盘上,用剪刀每隔3-4厘米从外剪开但不断(图J),放入入烤箱,醒30-40分钟。刷上蛋液(图K),将烤盘放入预热至350F/170摄氏的烤箱内,烤28分钟,上色即成。各家的烤箱不同,注意温度及时间。烤面包的时候,将4料放入小锅里(图L),大火煮滚,小火煮3分钟,捞出苹果片备用。面包烤好后,放上苹果片,淋上5料的糖汁(图M),撕开成小块即可食用。 You might also like:【绿豆椪】Soft and Moist Coconut Buns香甜松软-【汤种椰蓉包】【酥皮鲜肉月饼】Green pepper and beancurd stir fry 青椒炒素鹅青椒炒素鹅 Green pepper … Continue reading
