蒸蛋糕
蒸蛋糕 作者:毛毛妈 最近蒸糕上瘾了,从孑孓^0^那得了个蒸蛋糕的方子,偶没有称,只好不忠于原方了。蛋糕很松软,清甜,偶喜欢,多谢小蚊子。 用料: 1:鸡蛋3个,糖1/2杯,香草香精1茶匙。 2:中筋面粉2/3杯(All purpose flour) 加1/2茶匙泡打粉(Baking Powder)拌匀。 注:1杯=240毫升,1茶匙=5毫升。 做法: 取一盆放入鸡蛋,用搅拌器高速打5分钟,然后边高速搅拌边将糖分三次放入打至发白浓稠(图A)。接着到入香草香精拌匀,再将2料分三次过筛入打发的蛋糊里,用橡皮刀从上往下轻轻拌匀(Folding Motion)。倒入直径22厘米的周边涂了少许菜油和铺了烤盘纸的玻璃烤盘中(图B)。上笼大火蒸15分钟(图C),稍冷撕去烤盘纸,切块食用。 蛋糕非常松软。 味道真不错,不过没有烤的蛋糕的特殊香味。 You might also like:肉松蛋糕卷White Wood Ear and Pear Soup 银耳雪梨羹银耳雪梨羹 White Wood Ear and Pear SoupBraised fish in … Continue reading
