蒜香啤酒鸡翼
蒜香啤酒鸡翼 作者:毛毛妈 多年前一个朋友给了我一个用来做BBQ烧烤的腌排骨与肉的腌料方子。原方用上好的啤酒加糖与酱油来腌制,烤出来的肉真是好美味。天气凉了,已经不是BBQ烧烤的季节。 家里还有一盒鸡翼,今天就试了用这个腌料,另外又加了蒜茸入腌料,快烤好时再刷上老抽与蜂蜜拌成的涂料汁上色。成品啤酒蒜香鸡翼香嫩可口,让我们用心留住夏天。 用料: 1:鸡翼中段725克 ,洗净备用。 2:啤酒1/2杯,生抽酱油1/4杯,红糖(Brown Sugar)1/4杯, 盐1/2茶匙,蒜茸2大匙。 3:蜂蜜2大匙,老抽酱油2大匙,水1大匙,拌匀备用。 做法:我用的啤酒是Sleeman 的Honey Brown 啤酒。 早上出门前,将2料放入有封口的塑料袋里拌匀,放入1料拌匀,放冰箱冷藏。大概腌了8-9小时。下午回来,将腌好的鸡翼放入铺了锡箔纸烤盘上,放入预热至375F/190摄氏度的烤箱内,烤15分钟。然后刷上3料再烤5分钟,翻一面,再刷上3料烤5分钟即可。各家的烤箱不同,注意温度及时间。 You might also like:不去昆明在家吃【破酥包子】【Dim Sum & Desserts 中式点心】 is released!毛毛妈厨房精选【中式点心】上架了Stem Lettuce stir fry 金钩莴笋金钩莴笋 Stem Lettuce stir frySteamed buns with mug bean filling … Continue reading
