红酒烤鸭腿
红酒烤鸭腿 作者:毛毛妈原创 跟好友冷医生聊天,说到不知为什么最近我的脸上长了两个青春美丽痘。我跟她抱怨说:“我年轻时都没长过,为什么徐娘半老了还长痘。” 她哈哈地笑说:“不是老不老的问题,是秋季发燥。”秋季饮食要减少辣的,油炸的食物,要多食清淡润燥之品。如:蜂蜜,雪耳,百合,梨,萝卜,莲藕,冬瓜,芝麻等。想来最近辣的吃太多了,这几天的饮食就遵照医嘱了。 鸭子性寒凉,秋季食用能去秋燥,养身体。大家就请尝尝红酒烤鸭腿,再配上点红酒超棒。 用料: 1:鸭腿三根450克,洗净备用。 2:红酒1/4杯,花椒2茶匙, 盐1/2茶匙,十三香炒菜粉1/4茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙。 3:红酒1大匙,金兰老抽酱油2大匙,蜂蜜2大匙,拌匀。 做法: 取一盒放入1和2料拌匀,冰箱腌过夜。 将腌好的鸭腿放入铺了锡箔纸烤盘上,涂上3料,放入预热至375F/190摄氏度的烤箱内,烤15分钟。 然后刷上3料再烤15分钟,再刷上3料烤10分钟即可。各家的烤箱不同,注意温度及时间。 切块食用~~ You might also like:Banana Chiffon Cake【香蕉戚风蛋糕】Firm bean curd in savory garlic sauce 凉拌豆干凉拌豆干 Firm … Continue reading
