【蒸豆角】
毛毛妈厨房开博五周年—实物有奖竞答(4月8号截止)—点此连线查看详情! 快煲电压力锅做【蒸豆角】 by 毛毛妈 小时候,夏天的时候,大家都热的吃不下饭,奶奶经常会买老豆角做这个蒸豆角,让我们胃口大开。蔬菜用蒸的做法,健康又营养,大家不妨试试。 用料: 1:长豆角1把250克;面粉1/3杯,盐1/3茶匙; 2:橄榄有1大匙,蒜蓉2大匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰酱油膏2大匙,香油1大匙; 3:新鲜红辣椒小半个洗净切茉(不吃辣可以不放),葱花1茶匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、长豆角去头尾,洗净切寸段(图1)。用一塑料袋,放入1料里面粉和盐,封口摇匀,然后放入切段豆角(图2),封口抖匀让豆角均匀沾上面粉。 2、取一浅盘子,将裹上面粉的豆角放入,多余面粉弃去不用。 3、取出 快煲电压力锅附带的支架,放入内锅里,加水1.5杯,然后放上盛豆角的盘子(图3),加盖选蒸档(Steam),10分钟,开启(图4)。 4、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,等2分钟,放气减压打开盖(图5),取出蒸好的豆角。 3、趁着蒸菜的空挡,小号不粘锅,置炉上开中火,放入蒜蓉炒香(图6)离火,接着倒入所有剩余2料拌匀成汁,将做好的汁及3料倒入蒸好的豆角上,拌匀就可以食用。 You might also like:肉松蛋糕卷【芒果蛋糕卷】【紫薯广式月饼】超级酥松的【开口笑】
