【红糟粉蒸鸡】 by 毛毛妈 最近跟红糟干上了,FarmBoy小母鸡便宜买了只,今天做了红糟粉蒸鸡,不油腻,很好吃。 用料: 1:小母鸡1只890克,洗净斩块; 2:葱一条切段,姜片6片,红糟2.5大匙,糖1大匙,盐1又1/3茶匙,金兰老抽酱油1.5大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1.5大匙,水3大匙; 3:糯米1杯,大米1杯,花椒1茶匙,八角2粒,桂皮手指长一段; 4:水适量,葱花2大匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、所有2料放入塑料袋(图1)拌匀,然后放入鸡块,拌匀封口(图2)冰箱过夜。 2、第二天,中号锅,置炉上开中火,放人所有3料(图3),炒香至米微黄离火(图4)。 3、冷后拣去花椒、八角、桂皮不用,用搅拌机 blender(图4)分几次将炒香的米打碎。 4、腌好的鸡块均匀沾上少许打碎的米粉(图7),放入铺了咖啡滤纸竹蒸笼里(图8),平放一层,均匀撒上大约4大匙的水,大火蒸25分钟,再均匀撒上大约4大匙的水,再大火蒸25分钟,撒上葱花即可上桌。 You might also like:Chenpi Chicken Wings 陈皮鸡翅 陈皮鸡翅 Chenpi Chicken WingsSteamed buns with mug bean filling 绿豆沙包绿豆沙包 Steamed buns … Continue reading
