【蕨菜干炒肉丝】
【蕨菜干炒肉丝】 by 毛毛妈 用蕨菜干泡发后,炒肉丝,很香很下放。 用料: 1:里脊肉150克,盐1/3茶匙,生粉2茶匙,水2大匙; 2:蕨菜干75克;青辣椒2个65克; 3:橄榄油3大匙,蒜茉1大匙,姜丝1茶匙,葱花1大匙; 4:头抽酱油1.5大匙,糖1/2茶匙,水1.5大匙,盐1/3-1/2茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙; 5:香油1茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、提前一天,肉切丝加剩余1料抓捏均匀(图1),冰箱保湿过夜待用。蕨菜干水里泡发,然后水中煮12分钟(图2),沥水待用。青辣椒去仔切丝待用。 2、不粘锅,加1.5大匙油,置炉上开大中火,放入肉丝(图3)炒至8-9成熟捞出。 3、原锅,再加1.5大匙油,置炉上开大中火,炒香葱姜蒜(图4),后下蕨菜和青辣椒是翻炒1分钟,依次下4料炒匀(图5)。 4、然后放入炒好的肉丝及调料5(图6),翻炒均匀,肉丝至熟出锅。 You might also like:绿豆蓉菠萝包做出完美的–低脂轻乳酪蛋糕【芒果蛋糕卷】【Braised Flat Beans】【肉丝烩扁豆】
