【碱水红豆粽】
【碱水红豆粽】 by 毛毛妈 受老妈影响,我也很喜欢吃粽子,这个红豆粽子沾白糖吃很棒。我用电压力锅煮的粽子很方便。 用料: 1:糯米2杯; 2:红豆1/4杯; 3:干粽叶20片 4:小苏打1茶匙; 5:蜂蜜或白糖适量。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、上班之前,分别洗净米和豆子用冷水泡上(图1-2)。粽叶加上开水泡上(图3)。下午回来后,将豆子倒入糯米里与小苏打拌匀静置20分钟(图4)。 2、取两片粽叶剪去粽叶头上的梗,将两片并拢,靠粽叶头一端卷成一个漏斗状。放4-5大匙米和豆用根筷子轻轻捅几下,让米紧实(图5)。手指将漏斗两边的粽叶捏进去,粽叶上端盖下来(图6),捏紧口往左边环过去绕起来(图7)。接着用线捆紧(图8)。 3、包好的粽子放入电压力锅的内锅里(图9),加水至6杯线,加盖选【手动】档,50分钟,启动程序。 4、电压力锅完成程序后,再等30分钟,放气减压打开盖子,取出粽子冷凉后,剥皮入盘,撒上些白糖或蜂蜜就可以开吃了。 You might also like:媲美饭店里的-【奶黄包】【卡士达超软八字面包】【Baked Spring Rolls with Pork and Shrimp】【虾肉春卷】Firm bean curd in savory garlic sauce 凉拌豆干凉拌豆干 Firm bean curd in savory … Continue reading
