小零食【五香杏仁(花生)】 by 毛毛妈 这次回国在弟弟家,看到桌上瓶花生,颜色暗暗的不是很诱人。弟妹说姐姐,你尝尝我做的五香花生,结果就拿起一粒,真是香脆可口。方子让弟妹邮寄了过来,正好LD买了包生杏仁回家(比熟杏仁便宜),如法炮制了五香杏仁,很香脆,大家不妨试试。 用料: 1:生杏仁500克,盐3/4茶匙,五香粉1/2茶匙; 2:细盐一盒1000克; 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、生杏仁500克放一盆里,倒入才烧开的水没过杏仁烫1分钟(图1)。沥水后拌入1料里的盐和五香粉(图2)腌30分钟。 2、铁锅置炉上开中火火,放入细盐炒热(图3),然后倒入腌好的杏仁(图4),中火炒至杏仁熟(图5),大约10-11分钟。 3、离火后倒入漏盆里(图6),颠簸漏盆将盐完全分离开,杏仁冷后就可以吃了。吃不完的五香杏仁装干净玻璃瓶冰箱冷藏。炒盐可以收集起来下次再用。 You might also like:媲美饭店里的-【奶黄包】【Chinese Style Hot Pepper Relish】【剁辣椒】White Wood Ear and Pear Soup 银耳雪梨羹银耳雪梨羹 White Wood Ear and Pear SoupAirGo之麻辣粉丝带子Vermicelli and scallop in chili black bean … Continue reading
