毛毛妈厨房开博五周年—实物有奖竞答(4月8号截止)—点此连线查看详情! 快煲电压力锅做【蒜蓉豆豉蒸鸡球】-English Follows by 毛毛妈 蒜蓉豆豉蒸鸡球这个菜,很容易做,不油腻且嫩滑好吃。我们家毛毛和毛毛爸都很喜欢。这次用 快煲电压力锅来蒸的,好方便。 用料: 1:鸡腿9根950克洗净沥水; 2:万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,生粉1.5大匙,盐2/3茶匙,水2大匙; 3:橄榄油1大匙,蒜蓉2大匙,豆豉1大匙斩蓉; 4:葱花1大匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、鸡腿剔去骨头切小块(图1),放入所有2料(图2),拌匀,加盖冰箱保湿过夜,这样鸡肉会很嫩。 2、第二天下午下班回来,小号不粘锅,置炉上开中火,放橄榄油1大匙,炒香蒜蓉和豆豉(图4)离火。放入腌好的鸡块里(图5),拌匀。 3、取出 快煲电压力锅附带的支架,放入内锅里,加水1.5杯(图6),将蒜蓉豆豉鸡球放到一浅碗里,然后放入锅内的支架上(图7),加盖选蒸档(Steam),12分钟,启动升序(图8)。 4、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,等5分钟,放气减压打开盖,取出蒸好的鸡球,放上葱花拌匀,即可食用。 Steamed Chicken with Classic Chinese Garlic Sauce By Maomaomom This is a wonderful traditional Chinese dish popular in many … Continue reading
