【鱼香小蘑菇肉丝】 by 毛毛妈 Tiantian 网亲想要的鱼香肉丝,我加了一盒棕色的小蘑菇和半个柿子椒,更健康,很好味道,可以带便当的菜。 用料: 1:里脊肉250克,盐1/3茶匙,生粉1.5茶匙,水2大匙,老抽酱油1大匙; 2:棕色小蘑菇一盒(150克),柿子椒半个100克; 3:油2.5大匙,豆瓣酱1大匙,姜蓉1.5茶匙,蒜蓉1大匙,葱花1大匙; 4:盐1/3茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油2茶匙,镇江香醋1.5茶匙,糖1茶匙; 5:香油1茶匙。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、前一天里脊肉切丝,加所有剩余1料,抓捏均匀保湿冰箱过夜。棕色小蘑菇切去根洗净,柿子椒洗净切丝备用(图1)。 2、不粘锅,加1.5大匙油,置炉上开大火,放入肉丝炒(图2)至9成熟捞出。原锅再加1大匙油,炒香剩余3料里的豆瓣酱,蒜蓉,姜蓉,葱花(图3),然后下小蘑菇和柿子椒丝翻炒几下(图4)。 3、依次放入4料炒匀,然后倒入炒好的肉丝翻炒几下,下5料香油兜匀出锅。 You might also like:零失败做【甜酒酿】萱软-【奶香豆沙包】做出完美的–低脂轻乳酪蛋糕【Braised Pig’s Feet】不一样的【红烧猪蹄】
