【蒜蓉面包】
【蒜蓉面包】 by 毛毛妈 这个蒜蓉面包,简单易做,深受毛毛的喜欢。 用料: 1:法式棍子面包半条,没有法式棍子面包,一般土司也凑合; 2:蒜瓣一头,干百里香(dry thyme)1/2茶匙,干迷失香(dry rosemary)1/2茶匙,干洋香菜(dry parsley)1茶匙,盐1/6茶匙,牛油2大匙 3:橄榄油1.5大匙; 注:1杯=240毫升,1大匙=15毫升,1茶匙=5毫升。 做法: 1、蒜瓣去皮斩成蓉放入一小碗里,放入所有剩余2料(图1),放微波炉里打30秒,搅拌下再打15秒,然后倒入3料的橄榄油拌匀(图2)待用。 2、面包切1.5厘米厚片(图3),然后将牛油蒜蓉汁均匀涂面在面包片上(图4),放入烤盘里。 3、烤盘放入预热至350F/175C的烤箱里,烤15分钟,然后调上火(Broil)2分钟即可。趁热食用好味道。 You might also like:【Amatriciana】【西红柿腌肉意面】【Chinese Fried Dough Sticks】【油条】【Black Sesame Chiffon Cake】【芝麻戚风蛋糕】面包煎蛋Fried egg in bread面包煎蛋Fried egg in bread
