【蓝莓柠檬玛芬】 by 毛毛妈 这款蓝莓柠檬玛芬混合了柠檬的清香和新鲜蓝莓,不错的早点。结果毛毛很喜欢,自己又在我的提示下,又做了一批,这张照片里的就是他做的。 用料: 1:中筋面粉1又1/2杯 (All purpose flour,240克),玉米面(Yellow cornmeal)1/3杯(55克),1茶匙泡打粉(Baking Powder)和1/2茶匙小苏打(Baking Soda),1/4茶匙盐; 2:牛油(Butter)1/3杯(80克)室温回软,白糖2/3杯(140克),鸡蛋1个; 3:鲜榨柠檬汁1大匙, 香草香精1茶匙,柠檬皮碎1大匙; 4:牛奶1杯(240克); 5:新鲜蓝莓1又1/4杯冲洗沥水,中筋面粉2大匙; 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon。1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、将所有1料放一盆里充分拌匀待用(图1)。将2料里的牛油和糖放入盆里,用搅拌器高速打匀(图2),放入鸡蛋后再高速打匀,然后放入所有3料(图3)打匀。 2、放入1/3的混合均与的干料1及1/2的牛奶(图4)用木勺拌几下。再放入1/3的混合均与的干料1及1/2的牛奶用木勺几下,最后放入剩余1/3干料1拌匀(图5). 3、新鲜蓝莓用2大匙面粉均匀包裹,放入蓝莓(图6),用木勺轻轻拌匀(图7),将面糊均匀分到12纸烤杯里(图8)。 4、纸烤杯放入一烤盘上,放入预热至350F/175摄氏的烤箱内,烤28分钟左右至,玛芬便面微黄高高的鼓起即可。 You might also like:【绿豆椪】Apple Chiffon Cake【咸甜豆腐花】【Rice Cake】【白糖糕】
