【软巧克力蔓越梅方糕】 by 毛毛妈 这个软巧克力蔓越梅方糕在爬梯上很受欢迎的甜品,大家不妨试试噢。 用料: 糕底: 1:白糖1/2杯(105克),盐1/3茶匙,中筋面粉1又1/2杯 (All purpose flour,240克); 2:牛油(Butter)1/2杯(113克),室温回软; 3:牛奶1/4杯(58克); 巧克力蔓越梅馅: 4:白糖1又2/3杯(350克),1/2杯无糖可可粉(unsweetened cocoa powder, 48克),2大匙面粉(23克); 5:牛奶1杯(239克),炼乳3大匙(45克), 香草香精2茶匙; 6:鸡蛋3只,打散备用; 7:黄油(Butter)1/4杯(56克)微波熔化,蔓越梅干1杯(130克)。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon。1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、糕底:将所有1料放一盆里拌匀,放入切成小块的牛油(图1),用手将面粉抓捏到牛油里成肉馅样,不要揉捏过度。放入3料,用叉子兜匀成较大块(图2),均匀到入8×12寸的玻璃烤盘里,手上沾点干面粉压压平至四边有1厘米高(图3)。 2、烤盘放入预热至340F/170摄氏的烤箱内,烤15分钟。趁着烤糕底的时间准备馅料。 3、所有4料放入盆里(图4)混合均匀,倒入5料用搅拌器低速打匀(图5),然后倒入打匀的鸡蛋汁(图6),再低速打匀。 4、然后放入7料拌匀(图7),趁热倒入烤了15分钟的糕底上(图8),再烤28分钟至稍晃动烤盘软巧克力蔓越梅馅轻轻颤动即可。等糕完全冷后,再切块食用。 You might also like:Tea Biscuits【Puff pastry mooncake with nuts filling】【苏式椒盐月饼】【Braised … Continue reading
