【酱萝卜】
【酱萝卜】 by 毛毛妈 这个酱萝卜和容易做,配粥挺好的。 用料: 1:白萝卜1条750克,盐3/4茶匙; 2:山西老陈醋1/3杯(Dark vinegar),生抽酱油1/2杯,老抽酱油3大匙,糖1杯。 3:干净玻璃瓶。 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、白萝卜去皮洗净后,对半劈开,再对半切开后切4毫米后块(图1),拌上3/4茶匙盐腌1小时(图2)。 2、萝卜片挤去多余的水,用冷开水冲洗下沥水,装入干净无油玻璃瓶里(图3) 3、小号锅,放入所有2料(图4),大火煮滚。将汁趁热倒入装萝卜的玻璃瓶里(图5),密封后冰箱冷藏1个礼拜,就可开吃了。 You might also like:【素油老婆饼】【Braised Pig’s Feet】不一样的【红烧猪蹄】【Stir Fried Shrimp】【高升虾】【Roasted Potato Stacks】【香烤土豆片】【香烤土豆片】【Roasted Potato Stacks】
