【Braised Tofu and Fava Beans】
by MaomaoMom
I love this braised tofu dish because I love fava beans even since I was a kid. Fava beans bring bright color and unique texture to this dish.
Prepare time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: Easy
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 package tofu 700g;
2) 350g shelled fava beans;
3) 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic, 1.5 tbsp freshly chopped green onion, 2 tsp freshly minced ginger;
4) 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tsp salt, 2tbsp light soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp water;
5) 1 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: Cut each tofu block horizontally into three equal portions, then cut diagonally into triangles. Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over high heat. Arrange tofu triangles in the pan (Picture 1), and cook until golden brown on both sides (Picture 2). Remove from heat and set aside.
2: Heat 0.5 tbsp oil in the same pan over high heat. Sauté minced garlic, chopped green onion and minced ginger for 30 seconds (Picture 3). Add shelled fava beans, stir and cook for a minute (Picture 4).
3: Arrange cooked tofu in the sauté pan (Picture 5). Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4) (Picture 6), and cook for a few minutes until sauce thickens and fava beans are soft.
4: Stir in 1 tsp sesame oil then transfer to a serving plate. Serve with steamed rice.

Along with the whole thing which seems to be building within this specific subject material, a significant percentage of points of view happen to be fairly radical. On the other hand, I am sorry, but I do not subscribe to your whole idea, all be it radical none the less. It looks to everyone that your remarks are actually not entirely validated and in fact you are yourself not really entirely confident of your assertion. In any event I did appreciate examining it.
Hi! Do you know if they make any plugins to protect against hackers? I’m kinda paranoid about losing everything I’ve worked hard on. Any tips?
