【Tofu stir fry】

Used medium firm tofu for this dish, very tasty.

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1) 1 package medium firm Tofu (450g);
2) 1 Chinese sausage
3) 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 green onion root removed, washed and finely chopped, 2 clove garlic crushed, 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee Guilin style chill bean sauce;
4) 1 tbsp premium soy sauce, 1tbsp Lee Kum Kee Korean barbecue sauce, 1/6 tsp ground white pepper, ¼ tsp chicken broth mix, ½ cup water;
5) 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Directions:
1: I used this type of Tofu (Picture 1), rinse tofu and dice into 1 cm cubes (Picture 2). Slice the sausage and set aside (Picture 3).
2: Wok on high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, sauté chopped green onion, crushed garlic and sliced sausage for 30 seconds (Picture 4). Add diced tofu and 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Guilin style chill bean sauce (Picture 5), sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3: Add all ingredients of Ingredient 4), cover with the lid and simmer for 3-4 minutes on medium heat until most water evaporated (Picture 6).
4: Add ½ tsp sesame oil, stir to mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
