2) half of an egg white;
3) 130g fully shelled fava beans;
4) 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp freshly minced garlic, 1.5 tsp ginger cut into fine matchsticks;
5) 1 tsp cooking wine, ¼ tsp salt, 4 tbsp water, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp premium dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp ground white pepper, 1 tbsp soy paste;
6) 1 tsp freshly chopped green onion.

Add shelled fava beans and toss a few times (Picture 6). Add 1 tsp cooking wine, ¼ tsp salt and 4 tbsp water (Picture 7). Continue to cook until water evaporates.
4: Add the rest of Ingredient 5) and mix well (Picture 8). Put in the cooked beef and 1 tsp chopped green onion. Stir a few times then remove from heat. Serve with rice, yummy.
Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
This post was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for The unique insights!
