这个新款推出的压力锅,Instant Pot® IP-LUX60 6-in-1 有Sauté的功能,用起来非常方便,可以用来煎炒,用起来非常方便,肉压好后,还可以用这个功能直接收汁,不用换锅。我那个去年旧款的锅只用来煮粥,煮豆浆,甜汤。这个新款的锅用来烧菜,不用打架了。

用料:
1:去骨蹄膀2包1250克,切块洗净备用;
2:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱2条洗净切段,姜3-4片,福建红糟1.5大匙;
3:万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,糖1大匙,
4:盐1/3茶匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、蹄膀肉开水里烫1-2分钟沥水洗净备用。电压力锅内胆里,放1.5大匙油,选【Sauté】高档,放入2料里的葱,姜和红糟炒香(图1),然后放入蹄膀翻炒几分钟(图2)。

2、依次放入3料(图3),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档28分钟。程序完成后冷5分钟,放气打开盖子。
3、再选【Sauté】高档,收汁即可(图4)。
