【高升牛肉】

这个新款推出的压力锅,Instant Pot® IP-LUX60 6-in-1 有Sauté的功能,用起来非常方便,肉压好后还可以用这个功能直接收汁,不用换锅。
用料:
1:肉牛(Stew beef or Primary beef roast)或牛排(Beef grilling ribs)1400克;
2:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱1条洗净切段,姜3-4片;
3:料酒1大匙,黑醋2大匙,糖3大勺,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、牛肉切块清水泡2小时,捞出沥水备用。电压力锅内胆里,放1.5大匙油,选【Sauté】档,放入2料里的葱和姜炒香(图1),然后放入牛肉翻炒至肉变色(图2)。
2、依次放入3料(图3),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档35分钟。程序完成后冷5分钟,放气打开盖子。
3、再选【Sauté】高档,收汁即可(图4)。
