快煲电压力锅做【杂粮芋头粥】

上次私房有个btz妹妹介绍了这个 快煲电压力锅,非常推崇这个锅。也看了它公司网站介绍 http://instantpot.com,是一个加籍华人在加拿大办的公司,按照北美市场的要求,通过了美国和加拿大的标准测试,重组了国内美的品牌,适合在北美销售,用110伏电压。做工非常扎实,成熟,外观现代,美观,且干净,安全,内胆又是不锈钢的。功能很全,不仅可以煮粥,煮饭还可以做排骨肉菜等等。
由于平时上班,我又喜欢煮东西,所以平时就很喜欢用压力锅节省时间。不试不知道,一试后,发现这个锅超好用噢!立刻爱上了这个快煲电压力锅,结果我原来那个传统的压力锅就束之高阁了。
这个锅是用电的,插上插头,放入材料,输入程序就好了,不用等在旁边加以关照,而且非常的安静,没有可怕的喷气声音。
人到中年,饮食健康都是很重要的,最近这两年,每天白米饭都吃的比较少了。平时隔天熬一大锅杂粮粥,因为喜欢放些豆类,过去煮这个粥,都要提前将里面的Romano beans先煮过,然后再与杂粮再同煲1.5 小时才能粘糯,费时费力,人还要在厨房看着锅里的粥不要溢出来,还要不时搅拌下。今天用这个 快煲电压力锅做了杂粮芋头粥,材料放入后,盖上盖,插上插头,启动程序后,就不用管了,特方便。
用料:
1:珍珠麦(Pearl barley)3大匙,去壳大麦粒(Pot barley)3大匙,碎玉米粒3大匙,荞麦仁(Buckwheat)3大匙;
2:眉豆3大匙,绿豆3大匙,Romano beans 3大匙,糙米(Brown rice)3大匙;
3:大芋头300克,去皮洗净切小丁;
4:苏打粉(Baking soda)1/6茶匙(可以不放),水8杯;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、将1和2料冲洗干净放入快煲里,然后加水到8杯的线,然后放入切好的芋头丁和苏打粉,盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选手动挡55分钟即可。
2、程序完成后,冷15分钟后,可慢慢手动排气,打开锅就可以,吃粥了。
