Steamed plum sauce chicken – a Chinese New Year dish
Pigs feet soup with dried oyster & foo juk (the dried bean curd)

I love the clay pot dishes – but can’t get my minced pork done correctly. The dish is “pork-dried fish” clay pot. I’ve tried – but mine tastes flat. I need help from a real Chinese cook!

我和先生都很忙，看到你推荐的这款我动心了，但感觉很麻烦的就是还要减压 放气 ！我们家基本上吃糙米不知道这款要煮多长时间，是否每做一次饭菜都要减压 放气呢？

用这个锅40分钟Manual，糙米饭非常棒。
所谓的“减压放气”， 就是程序完成后再等5分钟，然后用毛巾盖住排气阀，将它拨到‘放气’的位置，等气放完后就打开盖子。
