毛妈妈，为什么用这个锅炖的排骨汤油多， 汤不白， 不像用普通的锅在炉子上炖的汤发白。绿豆汤也是的，发红。
排骨汤一般冷水开始加热，汤比较清。
我煮绿豆杂粮稀饭，没有这个问题。
