问过技术人员了：加压过程中一点点排气（应该说是水雾）是正常的，是为了保持压力再合适的范围，因为虽然控压时电热盘停止加热了，但它还是有发热，所以有一点水雾，也就有嗤嗤的声音。比起传统搞高压锅，水分流失就忽略不计了。

When I am so tired coming back from work and having to take care of 3 kids (picking up, afterschool activities, dinner, cleaned, homework, extracurricular homeworks, resolving their fights, and getting their tomorrow’s lunch ready…), your ideas of meals make things much easier and make my house running smoother.

I do try to involve the kids in house chores, but to be honest, I don’t think they do nearly enough as they should. When I was growing up in China, all kids were supposed to help around the house and study well, no questions asked. And any kid did not like to do house chores, she would be looked down and laughed at because she was acting like a 资产阶级小姐！ (can you believe that?). But not here in the US, no. I felt like I was fighting an uphill battle by myself. A lot of the American parents don’t push the kids enough to do any house chores, and if the kid throws a fit or complains, the parents would back down. This situation make me look like an alien for constantly pushing my kids into doing house chores. I hope you can share some ideas for dealing with such an issue. That being said, I do enjoy cooking, and especially enjoy looking at the faces of my kids when they are eating yummy food! Thank you so much for posting these wonderful recipes!

北美的小孩不做事的话，长大独立后怎么办？所以家务是shared responsibility，家庭的每个成员都要分担。
Tell them that mom needs your help. Give them lots praises so they feel proud.
