亲爱的毛毛妈,今天收拾柜子找出好多原料啊,哈哈,刚看您帖子时候,对西点这块特感兴趣,每个帖子都翻了一遍,然后讲需要的原料都采购了。结果过了一段时间,忘了有些原料是做什么的了,汗~~~好像有买错的东西,请问Whipped cream做什么比较好呢?Heavy Whipping Cream还有这个做什么比较好,我有点混淆。白粘米粉,做了一个黑芝麻的东东,味道挺好,就是样子不如您做的,请问这个白粘米粉还可以做点什么呢?问题有点多,您有空就帮我回一下哦,辛苦啦~
Whipped cream:可以做戚风蛋糕卷里面的奶油。
Heavy Whipping Cream:是液体的话,可以做汤种北海道面包,椰蓉面包等。
白粘米粉做萝卜糕很好吃的。
毛毛妈,请问蒸蛋糕一定要放泡打粉吗?放的糖很多啊,1/2杯就是120克,都快赶上中筋面粉的量了。
放泡打粉有利蛋糕蓬松。你可以将糖减到1/3杯,看个人喜好。
毛毛妈,你有没有做过马卡龙(macaron)?说实话,在店里买的macaron, 夹在当中的filling对我而言太甜了点。期待你能发表一个macaron的配方。
