【毛豆千张炒鸡胸肉】

绝对下饭好吃,鸡胸肉很嫩滑哦。
用料:
1:鸡胸肉200克,盐1/3茶匙,生粉1.5茶匙,水2大匙;
2:千张一包切小块,冰冻毛豆半包225克;
3:油2大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,葱花2茶匙;水1/3杯;
4:盐1/2茶匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,糖1/4茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,蚝油1大匙,鸡精1/6茶匙;
5:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、前一天鸡肉切片,加所有剩余1料,搅拌均匀保湿冰箱过夜。
2、不粘锅,加1茶匙油,置炉上开大火,炒香1茶匙蒜蓉,1茶匙葱花,放入鸡肉片炒至9成熟捞出(图1)。原锅再加1大匙油,炒香剩余1料里的蒜蓉与葱花,然后下千张(豆腐皮)块翻炒几下,放入水1/3杯,煮滚后调中小火焖煮5分钟(图2)。
3、接着放入毛豆翻炒几下(图4),依次下4料,煮2分钟。然后倒入炒好的鸡肉片,下5料兜匀出锅。
