【香肠菜饭】

这个新款推出的压力锅,Instant Pot® IP-LUX60 6-in-1 有Sauté的功能，用起来非常方便，可以用来煎炒。今天用它做了香肠菜饭，煮的时间短，米饭也很好味道，大家不妨试试。
用料:
1：白油腊肠2根切薄片；
2：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1.5大匙，姜3-4片；
3：大米400毫升，盐3/4茶匙，水600毫升，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，鸡粉 1/4茶匙；
4：台湾白菜2颗430克，洗净切丝；
5：橄榄油1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，盐1/3茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、电压力锅内胆里，放1.5大匙油，选【Sauté】高档，放入1料和剩余2料炒2分钟至香肠变色出香味（图1），然后放入所有3料（图2）。
2、盖上盖子，排气阀放置密封位置，选【煮饭-Rice】档。
3、另取不粘锅，加1大匙油，置炉上开大火，炒香蒜蓉（图3），下白菜丝翻炒几下，（台湾白菜长这样图4），下5料里盐炒至菜熟（图5），捞出白菜丝滗去汁待用。
4、电压过煮饭程序完成，放气打开盖子，放入炒好的白菜丝拌匀（图6），选【保温-keep warm】档等5分钟后，就可放气打开盖子，开吃了。
