啤酒蹄膀


啤酒蹄膀

用料:

1去骨的蹄膀,切大块900克,洗净,开水里烫一分钟,冲冷水沥水备用。
2:啤酒1瓶(Honey Brown 341ml,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,金兰老抽酱油1大匙,盐1/2茶匙,冰糖1小块25克。
3:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1茶匙

做法:

 炒锅置炉上开大中火,1大匙橄榄油,加蹄膀炒至焦香。接着加放入2料煮至滚。调小火焖煮2个钟头。然后调中火收汁,撒上葱花即可出锅。
