胡桃酥饼

这个小西点,简单好做,又好吃。
用料:
1:牛油(Butter)1/2杯,室温回软。
2:白糖1/4杯,中筋面1杯 (All purpose flour),盐1/8茶匙,碎胡桃仁1/3杯,拌匀。
3:糖粉2大匙。
做法:
将2料放一盆里拌匀,放入牛油用手将面揉搓到牛油里成肉馅样。
取2大匙拌好了的面团,用双手来回捏几下成团后,搓成直径1厘米的条,两头稍弯下成半月状,放在烤盘上。
烤盘放入预热至350F/177摄氏的烤箱内,烤10-12分钟。冷凉后用筛子将糖粉筛到胡桃酥饼上即可。
又酥又香,非常好吃。
