CostCo 小里脊挺不错的, 这次用辣油豆瓣酱加蚝油腌了30分钟, 沾上全麦面粉 (更健康), 少少的油用平底锅煎的, 外酥里嫩很好吃. 为用TR90的小伙伴们出的第一个菜.

用料:
1:猪小里脊肉(Pork tenderloin)一条(600克);
2:头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记红油豆瓣酱1大匙, 李锦记蚝油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙, 罗汉果糖 1.5茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 香油1茶匙;
3: 全麦面粉2/3杯.
4: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1.5大匙.

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、猪里脊肉去掉外面的白膜, 洗净沥水, 切0.8厘米厚的片(图1),放入一盆里, 加所有2料拌匀,腌30分钟。

2、放入全麦面粉(图2)拌匀, 使肉片均匀沾上面粉. 不粘锅置炉上开中火,放入1大匙油。将裹上粉的里脊肉片抖掉多余的粉后,放入煎锅(图3).
3、煎大约3-4分钟至表面金黄, 翻转一面(图4), 再加0.5大匙油, 继续煎3-4分钟至金黄, 即可盛出来, 就可上桌啦。
