【酸奶DIY】–English Follows by毛毛妈 酸奶自己也是可以做的。用 快煲电压力锅来做,很方便,大家不妨试试。 用料: 1:2% 牛奶1升; 2:原味酸奶1小罐100克; 3:糖1大匙 注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。 做法: 1、牛奶放入不粘锅里(图1),置炉上开大火,煮滚待凉。但牛奶温度不烫手时,放入2和3料拌匀(图2)。将拌好的牛奶等份倒入4只杯子里。 2、取出 快煲电压力锅,加水到4杯线,然后将盛牛奶的杯子放入内锅(图3)。加盖选保温档(Keep warm),15分钟后,拔掉插头,这样静置10小时(晚上9PM-7AM)。 3、打开压力锅盖,取出做好的酸奶,冰箱冷藏几小时就可开吃了。 Yogurt DIY By Maomaomom With a InstantPot, an electric pressure cooker , you can conveniently make yogurt yourself!
