【乳腐红糟鸡】

红腐乳和红糟的搭配红烧鸡,滋味很鲜美,连毛毛都吃了好几块。
用料:
1:嫩鸡一只1250克,洗净备用;
2:橄榄油1大匙,葱1根切段,姜3片,红糟1.5大匙,红腐乳2小块(1.5厘米方块)+1大匙腐乳汁;
3:糖1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,草菇老抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸡斩小块待用。电压力锅选【煎炒Sauté】档,放橄榄油1大匙,炒香葱段和姜(图1),然后放入腐乳和红糟炒(图2)约1分钟。
2、放入鸡块翻炒1-2分钟。然后依次放入所有3料拌匀(图3),加盖选【鸡肉Poultry】档15分钟,启动程序。
3、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,等3分钟,放气减压打开盖(图4),再选【煎炒Sauté】档,收汁至浓稠,即可。
