去超市买菜时看到红辣椒非常新鲜,买了一包做剁辣椒。这个剁辣椒很容易做,而且自己做的吃着放心。
用料:
1:新鲜红辣椒350克;
2:盐2茶匙,高度白酒2茶匙,蒜蓉1大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、辣椒去蒂洗净,放纸巾上晾干(图1)24小时。
2、将晾干的辣椒切小粒(图2),怕辣可以用筷子夹住辣椒切,或者带手套或用切菜机。
3、辣椒碎放在干净无油的碗里,加入所有2料(图3),拌均后盖上保鲜膜(图4),在室温下放置2天。
4、然后将腌制好的辣椒放入干净无油瓶子里,密封冰箱冷藏5天后就可以食用了。
